Cancellation policy (ON)

Clients may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the appointment start time without charge. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window may result in the full slot price being charged at the practitioner's discretion.

This policy is the default for the Book With Grace platform; individual practitioners may set a stricter window in their dashboard.
